But now we are also hoping to raise money for Ukraine.
UPDATE 16th July 2022
Now nearly half way through the proposed route The Reverend Kingsley Taylor has raised over £660 for the Ukraine Refugee Fund. Well done Kingsley, Fantastic effort.
UPDATE 28th July 2022
Now with only one more walk to go the total raised is £971, lets see if it will reach £1,000
Clydau Indoor BBQ
The last Clydai/Llanfyrnach barbecue of the season took
place on the 24th September as the wind howled around the church. This was the third indoor barbecue – one has to
wonder if it’ll ever be nice enough to have an outdoor one again: but there’s always next year. Carol led the Eucharist service at Llanfyrnach and then led the congregation to Clydai, where we had our indoor barbecue, toasted absent friends with orange juice – Islwyn and Kathy – before packing the tables and chairs away until next year. Unless someone comes up with a winter event plan
